Terms ofservice

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the anltcs web analytics service, its dashboard, tracking script, API, AI analyst, integrations and Telegram bot (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Keep your password and API keys secret. Everything done with your credentials is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• One person or company per account. You may add as many team members as your plan allows.

You may only add websites that you own or are authorised to track. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to collecting analytics on those websites, including informing your visitors where the law requires it.

You keep all rights to the data collected on your websites. You grant us the limited licence we need to store, process and display that data for you, and to run the AI analyst on it. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with other customers. Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot be linked to you or your visitors may be used to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to collect data in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others;
• track websites you do not control, or attempt to identify individual visitors beyond what the Service is designed to do;
• reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service, circumvent plan limits or rate limits, or interfere with other customers;
• resell the Service or present it as your own without our written agreement;
• use the AI analyst to generate content that is unlawful or that violates these Terms.

Custom events, the API and integrations are provided for your own analytics. Sending us data you have no right to share is your responsibility, not ours.

• Free plan. Includes the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change those limits with notice.
• Paid plans. Billed in advance for the period you choose and renewed automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page; taxes may be added where required.
• Overages. If you exceed your plan's page view limit we will tell you. We may pause tracking for the rest of the period or ask you to upgrade; we never charge you silently.
• Cancellation. Cancel any time from the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
• Refunds. Your first payment is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, described in the Refund Policy.
• Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects an existing subscription.

The AI analyst answers questions by querying your data and explaining the results. It is good, but it is software: answers may be incomplete or wrong, especially for ambiguous questions or unusual data. Treat its output as a starting point for your own judgement, not as professional, legal, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades and events outside our control can cause downtime. Page views that could not be recorded during an outage are lost and cannot be restored.

We may add, change or retire features. If we retire something that you rely on we will give reasonable notice. We may stop offering the Service altogether with at least 90 days' notice, during which you can export your data.

The Service, its software, design, models and documentation belong to us and our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Service. You may embed the tracking script on your websites and use our name and logo to say that you use anltcs, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that have not been paid for, or that put the Service or other customers at risk. Where practical we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. After termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including that the Service will be error-free or that analytics will be complete or accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your websites, your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, including data protection law in relation to your visitors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when they were last revised.
